Sailor Moon

Hey, viewers! It's me again and it's FRIDAYYYYY!!!! Yipee!

A year ago, youtube was just a web that people, excluding myself, go to see free videos. I didn't really like to go youtube. I don't know the reason why.

But this year, i have been going onto Youtube more often. And i saw

Man, i reeally love the opening song. I liked this part of Sailor Moon (no, i'm not a child) cause the voice actors and actresses are better than the previous batch (my opinion). The anime is slighty better too.

I still remember the first time i saw this. It was on Tv 1, the Malaysian channel. I used to stand on my parents' bed and watch it. Doing the actions that Sailor moon did. I even had the cresent wand, the one that when pressed, lights will flash out. Then there was also a space to place a ring (Sailor Moon's one, i think) on it and music would flow out. I think i still have it... In one of my many containers.

Anyway, if you want to see the WHOLE of Sailor Moon, just go Youtube.com and type " sailor moon sailor stars "

BTW, just saw this on youtube also,

The title is Sora o Miageru Shōjo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai. Very interesting. Tell me if you can see the whole episodes of this anime cause i can't find it anywhere! Help!!

:D Hope you enjoy watching it!

C.J.'s Fate, by Kay Hooper

This is the first book review post of this year. Hope you enjoy this book and the rest that i will introduce you to! :)

Here's the cover plus the summary.

C. J. Adams, who'd been teased about her seeming lack of interest in men, one day impulsively embraced a handsome stranger, pretending they were secret lovers. Then the man seized the moment to deepen the kiss—and aroused in her a passionate need she'd never expected. Had destiny somehow tossed them together?

Usually, i feel that most of Hooper's books, which are those thriller kinds, did not really let me enjoy them. However, i really like this book. There's humor and romance which when mixed together makes it an enjoyable book that i can read all year round. Especially when it is able to cheer me up. :)

She paused to stare down the hallway toward the elevators. That was when she saw the man, and a wave of uncharacteristic recklessness surged through her. Along with a wild idea.

Well, why not? There was enough romance jammed into her history-inclined mind to fake a romance. Wasn't there? A mysterious stranger and secret meetings...star-crossed lovers, perhaps? And at least it would get her friends off her back.

The man was tall, casually dressed in sweater and slacks, and moved with easy, loose-limb grace.

C.J. took a step forward, catching the startled stranger's hand and drew him quickly towards her. Looking up at him with an unintentionally bewitching smile, she said in a low, breathy voice just loud enough for her friends to hear," Darling, I'm so glad you could make it after all." Before the girls could see his bemused expression, she pulled him swiftly into the room.

She ... said sweetly toher stunned friends " Excuse us ... please." And gently shut the door.

C.J. ... lips curved into a delighted smile as the silence outside broke into a babble of disbelief.

Hahaha! Wasn't that fun!

This was why i got to read the rest of the book.

If you enjoy sweet romance with humor in between, then this is the book for you.

A kind act

A kind stranger just came to my house to return my wallet. Yup. Little old forgetful me lost my wallet yesterday at Bukit Gombak and had to report the lost and cancel it. Had to pay $18 to get another one.

But... i'm being side-tracked. Anyway, kind Mr Lingam ( he told us his name) came and returned it to me. I'm very thankful for that. My wallet contain some valuables, eg: my amulet, library card, Ez-link card, cash.

And so, if you are indeed him, then i would like to say:

I wonder. . .

if there's any lessons on how to write quickly and neaty. Since during my exams, i am known to scribble just barely visible words on the paper. Especially during essay writing. Lucky the teachers was kind enough to read the whole thing. But i'm not too sure about the markers at Cambridge.

So drop me a comment if you know of any people who teach this.
Hurry. I only got 1 year before my O Levels!!!

Thanks!

Excerpt: At Grave's End, by Jeaniene Frost

You can call me a sadist, i don't care!!

Anyway, below is an except from "At Grave's End" Book 3 of Night Huntress by Jeaniene Frost. Did i say this is the series i could re-read and re-read and re-read and never get tired of it? No? Well now you know!

Continuing on,

"Hello, beautiful," Max said, putting his face next to my mother's. "I'm
going to take my hand away, but for every time you scream, I'm going to cut
something off our daughter. Understand?"

My mother's gaze flicked to me, widened, and then she nodded. Max dropped his hand.

"That's better. Now to make sure kitty here doesn't spoil the fun..."

Max walked over me, still holding those knives. I braced myself . . .

Max smiled, kneeling down to grab my wrists . . . (Yada-yada-yada)

Max took one of those knives and speared it straight through my wrists, hard enough to pin it to the
floor. I gave a sharp gasp . . . .(And others)

I set my teeth and didn't fight as he drove this blade slowly through my other wrist. It hurt even more
than the first one had.

It's on page 54.

I really like this book and the series. Too awesome for words. Must read!! Yeah!
Today, at exactly 12.45pm, according to my watch, i measured the temperature outside. There was no clouds overhead, so it was quite sunny. I took out my thermometer and measured. It was 34.0 Degrees Celcuis. Very high. I couldn't even bear to walk to my home.

Should we begin to worry about the effects of global warming and try to do something to stop it only after they had happenned to us? Already there are places in the world that experience strange or extreme weather change. Should we only wait till there are places all around the world which had been submerged due to melting of ice before we wake up and do something?

And if we do wake up, will it be too late?
