Did you know? Elizabeth Báthory

Since i know you want a rest from my (stupid and unhappening) life, here's a  Did You Know?  for you.

Countess Elizabeth Báthory is remembered as the "Blood Countess".

She and four collaborators were accused of torturing and killing hundreds of girls and young women, one that might be over 600 victims! Elizabeth herself was neither tried nor convicted. In 1610, however, she was imprisoned in the Csejte Castle, where she remained bricked in a set of rooms until her death four years later.
The case of Elizabeth Báthory inspired numerous stories, like the countess bathing in her victims' blood in order to retain her beauty or youth.
